Dr. Darrell Spurlock, Jr. is a nurse scientist, college professor, and writer based in Columbus, Ohio.
Dr. Spurlock has conducted studies in medical and nursing education and is currently conducting several clinical research studies. As a college teacher, Dr. Spurlock has taught courses on research methods, quality improvement, leadership, and education.
Outside of health topics, Dr. Spurlock is interested in technology, social media, and his two shelter rescue dogs – a Siberian Husky and “Black Golden Retriever” mix. Dr. Spurlock lives in Columbus, Ohio with his wife, Carrie, also a nurse.
